A WOMAN’S WEEKEND: Registration Details

ACCESSING THE LIVE STREAM
All registrants, both live and livestream, will have permanent access to the livestream and video replays of the event. Access details will be emailed to you closer in time to the event.

HOTEL ROOM DISCOUNT
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $135 per night and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made directly with Marriott reservations at 800 228 9290 or 310 641 5700. Be sure to reference Marianne Williamson’s Womanhood Now event. You may also reserve your room online at https://book.passkey.com/e/49704222 .

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Complimentary shuttle service is provided by the Marriott both from and to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Shuttle service is available 24/7 and runs in 20 – 25 minute intervals. Please phone the Marriott at 310 641 5700 with any questions.

HOTEL PARKING
Parking is available at the hotel at the following discounted rates: Self-parking: $15 (discounted from the regular rate of $42). Valet parking: $30 (discounted from the regular rate of $49).

For valet, inform the attendant upon arrival and departure that you are with the Marianne Williamson event for the discount. For self-parking, pick up a voucher at the event registration table and present when exiting for the discount. Hotel guests only will have in and out privileges.

GUEST ROOM INTERNET
Complimentary internet will be available in guest rooms for event attendees who lodge at the LAX Marriott hotel.

6pm – 8pm: Dinner Break
8pm: Saturday Evening Special Event

Sunday, August 19, 2018
10:00am – 3:00pm: Concluding Session

EVENT CHECK-IN
Event check-in will begin at approximately 3PM on Friday, August 17, 2018 outside the Marquis Ballroom. Details will be provided closer in time to the event. You may bring your printed ticket but it is not required. We will already have your names on the list at check-in.

The hotel has several on-site dining options. A list of other nearby options will be provided at registration.
